Orders & Print-to-Order Policy (IMPORTANT)

All DeadCold products are made to order, meaning each item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this:

• We do not accept returns

• We do not offer size exchanges

• We do not hold replacement stock

It is essential that you:

• Carefully check the size guides provided on each product page

• Measure yourself accurately

• Do not estimate your size or size up/down based on guesswork

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have checked the measurements and accept this policy.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This does not include sizing issues or preference changes.
